Raju Tadigiri came to real estate through construction. He spent years around custom home builds in Metro Atlanta, so he reads a floor plan, a lot and a builder’s reputation before he reads a listing sheet.
He works buyers first: first homes, custom builds and investment property right across the metro. He runs the buyer side himself, which is why clients get a real answer instead of a voicemail.
Most of the business comes from referrals inside a tight community, so a bad fit costs him more than it costs you. He will tell you to walk away from a house.
